Cabifyit Driver depends on location services. We may collect location data when the app is open, running in the background, or during active driver availability and rides.

Location data is used to match drivers with ride requests, calculate routes and distances, track ride status, provide safety support, and improve service quality. You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but some app features may not work properly without location access.

The app may request access to your camera, photo library, or files so you can upload profile pictures, driver documents, vehicle documents, and other required verification materials. We only use these files for account, document, vehicle, and service verification purposes.

We may use push notifications to send ride requests, ride updates, account alerts, wallet updates, support messages, and important service notices. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

• Customers, when needed for ride services — such as driver name, profile image, vehicle details, ride status, and location during a ride.
• Service providers who help operate the app, including hosting, maps, notifications, analytics, payment processing, and customer support.

The app may use third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase, Google Maps, MapLibre, Barikoi, Mapifyit, Stripe, and hosting or backend service providers. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Some ride, payment, support, and verification records may be retained after account closure where required for legal, safety, accounting, or business purposes.

Cabifyit Driver is intended for registered drivers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
